Free while in beta. No proxy markup, ever.
Remy is free to use right now. Because the brain runs on your own Claude account, there’s no subscription sitting between you and the model.

Questions
Pricing FAQ
- Do I pay Remy and Claude separately?
- During the beta, Remy itself is free — you only pay your own Claude Pro/Max subscription or Anthropic API usage, billed directly to your account. There’s no Remy proxy adding a markup.
- How much does a question cost in Claude usage?
- Remy keeps each question lean, so a typical look-and-point answer lands around a fraction of a cent on the API. Longer, more detailed walkthroughs cost a little more — just like any Claude session.
- What happens when Team launches?
- Personal stays free for individual use. Team adds an admin dashboard, seat management, and shared policies — that’s where paid plans begin. Join the waitlist to get early access and launch pricing.
- Do I need an Anthropic API key?
- For the Mac app, you need a way to sign in to Claude: either a Claude Pro/Max subscription or an Anthropic API key. Remy walks you through it on first launch. With the upcoming CLI you can skip Claude entirely and run your own LLM instead.
- Can I use my own local or API LLM?
- Yes — that’s what the Remy CLI is for. It’s in development now and lets you point Remy at a model running on your own machine, or any API LLM service you choose, for full control over where your data goes. Join the waitlist to try it early.
