Terms of use

The ground rules for using Remy while it’s in beta.

Who you’re contracting with

Remy is provided by Chinnovations, Apollolaan 175 H, 1077 AS Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under 91573335, VAT identification number (BTW-id) NL004900486B47. Reach us through our contact form.

Beta software

Remy is currently in beta and provided “as is.” Features may change, break, or be removed. We appreciate your patience and your feedback.

Plans & usage

Remy is free to start with a set amount of usage each month. Remy Plus is a paid plan with more usage and extra features. Usage may be subject to fair-use limits to keep the service running well for everyone. The AI behind Remy is provided through our service (currently powered by Anthropic); if you instead bring your own model via the Remy CLI, that provider’s own terms apply to your use of it.

Remy Plus subscription, renewals & cancellation

Remy Plus is €25 per month, VAT included. It is a subscription that renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account — cancellation is as easy as subscribing, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, with no further charges after that. Prices shown to consumers include VAT at the applicable local rate.

Right of withdrawal & refunds

Remy Plus is a digital service that begins immediately when you subscribe. At checkout you expressly ask us to start it right away and acknowledge that, because performance begins immediately with your consent, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once it starts. As a goodwill policy we will still refund within 14 days only if you have used 10% or less of your usage; once you have used more than 10% of your usage, a refund is no longer possible. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Use Remy responsibly and lawfully. Don’t use it to access systems you’re not authorized to, or to violate the rights of others.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remy is provided without warranties of any kind, and Chinnovations is not liable for damages arising from its use during the beta.
